I’ve led product teams through hypergrowth, through pivots, through the kind of organisational complexity that makes reasonable people quit. Along the way I developed an almost pathological interest in why some organisations consistently ship great digital products and others — with equal talent and equal resources — consistently don’t.

Then AI arrived and raised the stakes for every organisation trying to compete on digital product delivery. And now quantum computing is on the horizon, opening up possibilities that weren’t in the roadmap two years ago.

I’ve spent the last several years at the intersection of all three — studying how frontier technologies reshape what product organisations need to be capable of, and helping companies navigate that transition in a way that delivers real, measurable returns.

The technology is never the bottleneck. But it keeps raising the bar for the operating model that has to deliver it.
